Terms of service
Last updated: 20 July 2026
1. What SolHealth is
SolHealth is a tool that inspects a Solana wallet, identifies accounts that are holding refundable rent, and builds a transaction that closes them so the SOL returns to you. It is a piece of software, not a financial service, not an exchange, and not a custodian.
2. Fees
Scanning any wallet is free and requires no wallet connection. When you complete a cleanup, a flat 2% protocol fee is transferred on-chain, inside the same transaction, out of the rent you recover. If the transaction fails or you never sign it, no fee is taken.
The fee applies to reclaimed rent only. It is never applied to the delegated principal of a withdrawn stake account. When you withdraw an inactive stake account, you recover two distinct things: the account's rent-exempt reserve (a small fixed amount, approximately 0.00228 SOL) and your delegated principal, which may be far larger. The 2% is calculated on the rent portion alone. Your staked capital is returned to you in full, with nothing deducted from it.
In addition to the protocol fee, every Solana transaction carries a small network fee paid to the network itself, not to us. It is displayed to you before you sign.
3. Irreversible actions — read before signing
Specifically, when you select the "burn & close dust tokens" category, the tokens and NFTs in that selection are permanently destroyed in order to close the accounts holding them. If an asset you considered worthless later turns out to have value, it is gone. The same applies to NFTs with sentimental or collection value.
You are solely responsible for the selection you make and for reviewing the transaction before signing. Your wallet (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack or another) shows you the full list of instructions before you approve — read it. The security page explains what each instruction does and what to look for.
4. No guarantee of outcome
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In particular we do not guarantee that:
- a scan will identify every reclaimable account in a wallet;
- an amount displayed before signing will match the final amount exactly — on-chain state can change between the scan and the signature;
- a transaction will succeed: it may fail due to network congestion, an expired blockhash, or a token program extension that prevents an account from being closed;
- the service will be available without interruption.
A failed transaction is atomic: nothing is closed, nothing is burned, and no protocol fee is taken. Only the network fee may still be incurred.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SolHealth shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the service, including loss of assets resulting from a selection you made and signed, loss of profit, or the unavailability of a third-party provider (RPC, wallet, blockchain).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under French law, in particular in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
6. Your responsibilities
- You confirm you are the legitimate holder of the wallet you connect.
- You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, device and seed phrase. We will never ask for your seed phrase.
- You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, nor attempt to disrupt or abuse the infrastructure (including automated abuse of the free scan endpoint).
- You are responsible for any tax consequences of reclaiming or burning assets in your jurisdiction. We provide no tax advice.
7. Referral program
Anyone can obtain a referral link. When someone you referred completes a cleanup, a share of the protocol fee is paid to your wallet directly on-chain, inside the same transaction — there is no claim step, no minimum threshold and no manual payout.
- Founding tier — the first 75 eligible referrers: 50% of the protocol fee, for life.
- Standard tier — everyone after that: 25% of the protocol fee, for life.
- The rate applicable to a referral is locked at the moment the link between referrer and referred wallet is created, and does not change afterwards.
- A referral link is attributed on a first-touch basis: if a wallet is already linked to a referrer, that link is permanent.
- Self-referral (the same wallet on both sides) is detected and ignored.
- The commission is paid out of our fee. It never increases what the referred user pays.
We may modify the tiers, rates or conditions of the program for the future, or discontinue it. Commissions already locked to an existing referral link and any commission already paid on-chain are not affected by such a change. Abusive behaviour — creating wallets solely to generate commissions, spam, or misrepresenting SolHealth — may result in exclusion from the program.
8. Intellectual property
The SolHealth name, logo, interface and editorial content remain protected. These terms grant you a right to use the service, not a licence over its content.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time you use the service, identified by the date at the top.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, and subject to the mandatory rules of jurisdiction that apply to consumers, disputes shall be brought before the competent French courts.
Consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, or refer the matter to a consumer mediator.
