Terms of service

Last updated: 20 July 2026

These terms govern your use of solhealth.io. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service — the scan is free and requires no commitment, so there is no cost to walking away.

1. What SolHealth is

SolHealth is a tool that inspects a Solana wallet, identifies accounts that are holding refundable rent, and builds a transaction that closes them so the SOL returns to you. It is a piece of software, not a financial service, not an exchange, and not a custodian.

Non-custodial, without exception. SolHealth never holds your funds and never has access to your private key or seed phrase. We build an unsigned transaction; you review it in your own wallet and sign it yourself. If you do not sign, nothing happens and nothing is charged. We are technically incapable of moving your assets without your signature.

2. Fees

Scanning any wallet is free and requires no wallet connection. When you complete a cleanup, a flat 2% protocol fee is transferred on-chain, inside the same transaction, out of the rent you recover. If the transaction fails or you never sign it, no fee is taken.

The fee applies to reclaimed rent only. It is never applied to the delegated principal of a withdrawn stake account. When you withdraw an inactive stake account, you recover two distinct things: the account's rent-exempt reserve (a small fixed amount, approximately 0.00228 SOL) and your delegated principal, which may be far larger. The 2% is calculated on the rent portion alone. Your staked capital is returned to you in full, with nothing deducted from it.

In addition to the protocol fee, every Solana transaction carries a small network fee paid to the network itself, not to us. It is displayed to you before you sign.

3. Irreversible actions — read before signing

Closing accounts and burning tokens cannot be undone. There is no rollback, no support ticket and no recovery procedure. This is a property of the blockchain, not a policy choice.

Specifically, when you select the "burn & close dust tokens" category, the tokens and NFTs in that selection are permanently destroyed in order to close the accounts holding them. If an asset you considered worthless later turns out to have value, it is gone. The same applies to NFTs with sentimental or collection value.

You are solely responsible for the selection you make and for reviewing the transaction before signing. Your wallet (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack or another) shows you the full list of instructions before you approve — read it. The security page explains what each instruction does and what to look for.

4. No guarantee of outcome

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In particular we do not guarantee that:

A failed transaction is atomic: nothing is closed, nothing is burned, and no protocol fee is taken. Only the network fee may still be incurred.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SolHealth shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the service, including loss of assets resulting from a selection you made and signed, loss of profit, or the unavailability of a third-party provider (RPC, wallet, blockchain).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under French law, in particular in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

6. Your responsibilities

7. Referral program

Anyone can obtain a referral link. When someone you referred completes a cleanup, a share of the protocol fee is paid to your wallet directly on-chain, inside the same transaction — there is no claim step, no minimum threshold and no manual payout.

We may modify the tiers, rates or conditions of the program for the future, or discontinue it. Commissions already locked to an existing referral link and any commission already paid on-chain are not affected by such a change. Abusive behaviour — creating wallets solely to generate commissions, spam, or misrepresenting SolHealth — may result in exclusion from the program.

8. Intellectual property

The SolHealth name, logo, interface and editorial content remain protected. These terms grant you a right to use the service, not a licence over its content.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time you use the service, identified by the date at the top.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, and subject to the mandatory rules of jurisdiction that apply to consumers, disputes shall be brought before the competent French courts.

Consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, or refer the matter to a consumer mediator.
